REED Engineering are working exclusively with a service company to the Oil & Gas industry who are looking to add a new member to their team on a permanent basis.
This vacancy will offer an electrically qualified candidate the opportunity to interact with clients, process orders, deal with technical queries, raise quotations and move their career to the next level. No office experience required!
This is not an external sales position. You will be dealing with inbound enquiries only.
Typical duties:
Offering technical support in response to inbound enquiries
Liaison with external sales team
Processing of orders
Raising quotations
Full training will be given on all of the above, as long as you have the technical knowledge on the electrical side. Therefore, our client require:
An electrically biased qualification i.e., HNC, HND, NC, SVQ, NVQ etc.
A customer service focused attitude
Friendly demeanour
The ability to be brought up to speed technically on some intricate electrical products
