I am really excited to be working with our innovative client to recruit for a Customer Support Analyst to join their team. This role is entirely home based (after training).

Our client is an award winning Aberdeen based company who are leading the way in reducing carbon emissions by supporting electrification and the transition to renewable energy. They are looking for a computer literate candidate who is confident on the phone and has a great ability to utilise procedures, processes and databases.

This role would suit a graduate with an IT / Engineering / similar degree who is looking for a long term career within a fantastic company.

General Duties Include:

Answering customer calls and swiftly, identifying and resolving technical issues alongside the Technical and Engineering teams.

Monitoring the internal system to identify problems as, or before, they arise.

Respond to automatically generated alerts as a rapid pace to ensure intervention is timely.

All applicants should have a full UK drivers License and should have experience in customer service / help desk roles or a Technical Degree. Successful candidates will be expected to work on a rota basis, including evenings and weekends.
