, authorities and accountabilities:

Lead communications strategy and execution of communication plans with external parties, within the Company, and across the business.

Develop market communications engagement that supports the business strategy.

Provide efficient communication execution with customers, business leaders, and the media.

Align and integrate communication plans across organizations.

Integrate marketing / customer communications to strengthen the Baker Hughes brand.

Direct business-level communications activities in support of corporate strategies and initiatives

Advises Functional managers regarding projects, processes and procedures in the own field.

Handles communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered.

Contributes to project as a team member or leads small projects. Work goals typically take 3-6 months to complete and the time horizon for results/impact is typically 2-12 months after the event

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with proven years of experience in Communications).

Additional years of experience in Customer/Marketing Communications.
