We are looking for a confident, dynamic person to join our team, ideally with knowledge of the Council’s Performance Strategy and Reporting, or with experience of working in strategy and performance management. You will be actively involved and expected to lead on activities related to the development and implementation of Council and Directorate Plans, performance policies, strategies and plans, producing Management and Committee performance reports, managing performance updates, assisting with responses to Freedom of Information and Subject Access Requests and supporting the implementation of performance management systems of work. You will have an opportunity to help shape and deliver our service as part of a team and should be confident to work on your own initiative and enjoy working in a collaborative way with many different disciplines of colleagues.
There is a responsibility for the post holder to demonstrate a commitment to quality service delivery through continuous improvement for the benefit of the Service and the organisation.
This post has a minimum requirement of one reference which must be your current or most recent employer.
