Parts Sales Advisor Exciting opportunity for a full time / permanent Parts Sales Advisor. Dyce, Aberdeen £9.50 – £11.00 per hour depending upon experience Great progression opportunities in a well-established, growing business Our client is a salvage and vehicle recycling company in Dyce, Aberdeen. This is an established family owned business growing organically and by acquisition. This is a great place to work and the team now requires an enthusiastic and motivated Parts Sales Advisor to work in their busy reception, at the yard in Dyce, Aberdeen, one of the UK’s leading vehicle recycling and green parts facilities. Full training and support will be provided in this Part Sales Advisor role. The main duties of the role can be summarised as follows: * Mixing parts admin / sales, you will be learning and contributing every day to the department * Handling inbound parts requests and identifying suitable parts from our in-house database. * Qualify parts by using PL24 (Partslink 24) and other parts catalogue. * Quoting and selling parts into the B2B market via our online portal. * To respond to customer in a professional manner and to adhere to the service level agreement set. * Maintaining exceptional customer service levels within the portal and online chat function. * Taking ownership & responsibility for enquiries and resolving any issues. * Pricing of parts, processing customer orders, invoicing and cash sales About you: * Have an outgoing, confident and approachable problem solver who can deliver excellent customer service. * High attention to detail * Reliable and punctual * Adaptable to changing processes * Able to multitask and juggle different priorities * Excellent organisational and communication skills * a pro-active attitude * Willingness to learn and engage with colleagues and our customer base. * A confident communicator. * Some prior knowledge of the sales process (desirable) * Previous experience within parts sales ideal.
