Mobile Multi Skilled (AC/18th Edition) Technician
Are you a multi skilled technician looking for a new opportunity? This is a first class opportunity to join a national facilities company covering a prestige contract in the Aberdeen area. You will be responsible for the planned and reactive building maintenance of systems, including : AHU’s, AC pumps, fans, HV/LV, BMS, Fire alarm systems, UPS systems and general building maintenance.
Duties & Responsibilities :
Undertake the control of works Authorised Person (AP)
Oversee all operations, maintenance, repairs, replacements and general upkeep of the facilities in line with contractual requirements.
Deliver maintenance across the portfolio of sites
Manage and coordinate subcontractors
Ensure all site documentation is current and complete
Review method statements and risk assessments
To be considered:
Time served apprenticeship
Building maintenance knowledge
Electrical knowledge and experience
Working knowledge of electrical, HVAC and plumbing
UK driving license
Salary and package:
Up to 38K
Van
OT paid at 1.5 and 2.0
25 days plus public holidays

You will be available to provide guidance to colleagues, including technical knowledge in mechanical and electrical
systems to ensure safe, appropriate and compliant solutions and efficient customer service delivery.
