MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: * Managing a busy housekeeping team – focusing on quality, attention to detail and ensuring that the 28 bedrooms and communal areas are kept immaculate * Lead and develop the team to deliver excellent standards and a warm and welcoming guest experience * Organise and implement training * Manage day to day operations * Responsible for preparing and implementing rosters * Prepare and take ownership of departmental budgets * Contribute to continually reviewing and improving standards in order to exceed guest expectations * Prepare to be flexible and hands on when required
