Document Controller – Aberdeen

We are currently supporting a leading provider of integrated project solutions in the offshore energy industry to find a document controller.
This is a permanent staff position in their Aberdeen office, and is a particularly exciting opportunity due to the scale of this international company.

As a Document Controller, you will interface with various operational and project teams globally (predominantly in Aberdeen) to ensure that internal technical documents and drawings are created, captured in company EDMS, Transmitted, comments incorporated and managed in accordance with the document control procedure. This includes numbering, filing, providing instruction to users, generating status reports, revision control and distribution of electronically stored or hard copy documentation.
This position is ideally suited to someone with 2-3 years of experience in end-to-end document control within the energy industry.
