Key Role Responsibilities:

As a Business Development Manager, you will be an integral member of the TPS Team. Your key responsibilities will include:

Identify, secure and develop new customer accounts within your business area.

Effectively manage your time to maximise opportunities from customer meetings.

Keep key stakeholders updated on sales performance.

Work collaboratively with ASM and CMs and contribute to the Business Improvement Plans.

Provide the highest level of customer service by offering a knowledgeable, responsive, courteous service that reflects the image and reputation of the TPS business.

Prerequisites:

An ability to effectively engage and communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders.

Proven experience of creating strategies and managing activities to grow and develop business.

A thorough understanding of the core processes necessary to deliver centre excellence in specified area.

A proven ability or aptitude for leading and motivating a team to achieve business targets in a B2B or automotive environment.
