Conrad Consulting is currently looking to recruit an Assistant Site Manager for a new build developer who are looking to expand their team in Aberdeen. With a number of existing sites and new developments coming up, this is a great chance to join a company with a lengthy pipeline of work in the region.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Assist Site/Contracts Manager with day-to-day production
Ensure projects are running on time, on budget and to a high standard
Make sure Health & Safety is always prioritised and managed effectively
Project is fully resourced across labour, materials, plant, and sub-contractors
Undertake home demos and client handoversSkills/experience:

Experience working in a similar role ideally, however this is not essential (would consider someone looking to come of the tools into management)
CSCS
SMSTS
First Aid (3 day)
NVQ Level 3 (desirable)Our client is looking for someone who is enthusiastic and willing to develop and progress their career within the construction market.
