Application Support Apprentice – QA – Aberdeen

This role with Escone Solutions is an excellent opportunity for a positive team player to take their first step in a career in finance while gaining valuable experience in digital administration. You will gain a Digital Applications apprenticeship with Escone Solutions, a business application support provider who provide forward thinking solutions to their clients. In this role, you will quickly pick up the skills and knowledge needed to be successful in the role and will become a valued member of the the team while completing an SCQF Level 6 Digital Applications Apprenticeship. The small, friendly and supportive team is the perfect environment to grow your skills and learn all about digital administration in an office. Escone Solutions has supported numerous past apprentices, the majority of which are still in the business. As a company, they are fully committed to supporting the growth and development of their apprentices, and are keen to support further training throughout your career.

Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm

Key Responsibilities

· Assist with all aspects of client support
· Communicate with clients via various channels 
· Internal communications via Microsoft Office, Excel and Outlook
· Work with Helpdesk to manage client tickets 
· Assisting to ensure all client deadlines are met
· Gathering data for monthly reports
· Creating monthly data reports using Microsoft Office tools for both internal and external use
· Provide delivery support for clients, assisting with issue resolution through internal CRR systems Escone Assist

What We Are Looking For

· Knowledge /interest of basic finance due to the nature of the software supported
· Excellent communicator both face to face and via digital channels
· Good standard of written work and documents
· Team player 
· Driven and self motivated 
· Professional manner
· Ability to multi-task
